HALLOWEEN IMMUNITY SHAKE
This is the ultimate shake for colder months. It has warming undertones from turmeric, ginger and cinnamon, all of which are also anti-inflammatory to improve your immunity. This paired with Vitamin C from the orange, apple and lemon are a winning combination to keep you running on plenty at this time of year.
1 apple, remove the core
2 oranges, squeezed
1 lemon, squeezed
1 tsp turmeric
1 chunk of ginger, grated
1/2 tsp cinnamon
100ml Plenish cashew milk
Prepare the fruit as above.
Add all the liquid to the blender first, followed by the dry ingredients.
Blend together + enjoy!
